When is MES getting digital cable?
Digital cable is coming soon. We hope to have it ready by the first of year (2007).

Will high definition be offered with digital service?
High definition will be available with digital cable.

Do you have DVR's?
DVR's will be available when our digital service is launched.

How many outlets are allowed for cable?
You are allowed 2 outlets free of charge whether they are existing or new at the time of installation. If they are new and you rent, then you will need landlord permission before they can be activated on our system.

Can I pay my cable bill online?
At this time we do not offer online payments.

Why is there a cable in my yard?
The cable line is from the installation of your television service and will be buried as soon as weather permits and a technician is available.

Do I need a box for my cable service?
Cable boxes are needed for premium channels and to purchase pay-per-view programs. They are also needed if your television set is not cable ready.

Is there a charge for outlets?
You are allowed 2 cable outlets free of charge at the time of installation; additional outlets are a one time fee of 14.95 each.

Can MES run a new outlet?
If you have the property owner's written permission, then you can run a new outlet if the desired location is accessible.
